The Case IH1455 is the standard four-wheel drive tractor once built in Neuss, miniaturised.
This type is the largest tractor built by International Harvester at that time. It was IHC's response to the changing demands of German agriculture, which asked for more horsepower and thus larger and more powerful tractors. The last IHC 1455XL was built on 20 December 1996.
This made it the last tractor in the world designed by International Harvester and built eleven years after the merger with Case.
